Withdraw your balance to your bank
You can withdraw your available cash to your bank account. Our payment partner Stripe sends the money.
Before your first withdrawal
The first time, Stripe checks who you are and where to send the money. It takes a few minutes. You need your name, date of birth, address and bank details.
You do not need a business. Choose the option for an individual.
Withdraw
Open your wallet and press Withdraw.
Enter the amount, or press Withdraw all.
Press Withdraw.
Withdraw at least £5.00, or your whole balance.
You can withdraw up to £10,000.00 in one request.
The money usually arrives in 1 to 3 working days.
Crypto
We pay out by bank transfer. We do not offer crypto withdrawals today.
Altworth Credits
Credits are not cash, so you cannot withdraw them. See "What are Altworth Credits?".
