When will my order be posted?
To see where your order is, open your account and press Deliveries. Each delivery shows one of these words at the top:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Being packed | We have your order, and we pack it for the post. |
| Posted | We posted your parcel today. The tracking number is on the delivery. |
| On its way | Royal Mail has your parcel. The tracking number is on the delivery. |
| Out for delivery | Royal Mail has the parcel out for delivery on the day shown. |
| Partly shipped | Some items are on the way. The rest are still with us. |
| Partly delivered | One parcel arrived. We pack the rest. |
| Delivered | The parcel arrived. |
| Cancelled | The delivery was cancelled. The items went back to your vault. |
After we post your parcel, the delivery also shows the dates when it should arrive.
The buttons above your deliveries use other words. Preparing means Being packed. Shipped means Posted or On its way.
We also send you an email at each step:
"We've got your order", when your payment goes through.
"Your parcel is on the way", when we post it. This email has your tracking number.
"Your parcel has been delivered", when Royal Mail delivers it.
You want to know when we post your order
Contact us, and we check it. Give your order reference. It starts with AW-RTV-, and it shows on the delivery and in the email "We've got your order".
