Pay for a pack and save a card
How a pack payment works
If your wallet balance covers the pack, you can pay from your balance.
If your balance covers only part, we use your balance first. Your card pays the rest.
Apple Pay and Google Pay show when your device supports them.
To add money to your wallet, open your wallet and press Top up.
You see the pack, the price and the split before you pay. To stop, press the close cross at the top of the sheet.
Save a card
Open Settings and go to Payment methods.
Press Cards and delivery address.
Press Add a card.
Enter your card details and press Save card.
Stripe keeps your card details. Altworth never stores them.
The card does not save
If the button stays on Saving…, refresh the page and try once more. If it still does not save, contact us with the time and the last 4 digits of the card. For your safety, never send the full card number.
To remove a saved card, contact us.
