Close your account

We are sorry to see you go. If something did not work for you, tell us. We read every message.

Before you ask

To close your account, first:

• Sell back or ship the cards in your vault.

• Wait for your open deliveries to arrive.

• End any open listing or bid, and finish any open send-in.

We send any cash left in your wallet to your bank. Our payment partner Stripe sends the money. Your Altworth Credits end when the account closes.

Ask us to close it

1. Open Settings and go to Privacy.

2. Under Delete my account, press Request deletion.

3. Confirm.

We close your account at once, and we delete your data within 30 days. We keep payment and tax records for about 6 years, in line with the law.
