A charge from Altworth that you do not know

Altworth payments show on a statement as ALTWORTH. If you see a charge that you do not know, contact us. We find the payment for you.

Send us:

• the date and the amount of the charge

• the text on your statement

• the last 4 digits of the card

Your wallet also lists your pack payments. Open one to see its date and its Reference, and send us the reference too.

For your safety, never send us the full card number.

If you did not make the payment, tell us and tell your bank.
